1. SMS MESSAGING TERMS & COMPLIANCE

Program Description

This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with CBCreditSolutions LLC through our website at www.creditwithcierra.com, through our scheduling forms, or through other approved opt-in methods and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.

Opt-in is collected through web forms with a dedicated checkbox or other clear mechanism for SMS consent.

Messages may include:

  • Scheduling confirmations

  • Appointment reminders

  • Rescheduling updates

  • Customer support communications

  • Service and account updates

  • Requested follow-up communications

Cancellation Instructions

After you send “STOP,” we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, simply sign up or opt in again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and messages sent by you to us.

Message frequency varies based on your service usage, appointment schedule, account activity, and communications with us.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is intended to work with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers. Availability and message delivery may vary depending on your wireless carrier and service plan.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS messaging program.

SMS Privacy & Opt-In Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

CBCreditSolutions LLC does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

5. ORDERS, PAYMENTS & BILLING

CBCreditSolutions LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law.
